HealthRhythms is a well-established evidence based creative music making expression system that is supported by several peer-reviewed scientific publications focusing on both the biological and psychological outcomes in the host subjects. This program was developed by the partnership between Remo Belli, founder of Remo Drums and Dr. Barry Bitman, MD, Neurologist, Researcher and population health innovator.

This program has produced measurable biological and psychological outcomes in participants of all ages and abilities. Previous musical experience is not required. Led by a trained facilitator, the program uses a ten-step protocol to foster creative and social engagement in a fun, collaborative environment.
